Today on 26th July 2022 students of Swami Shivanand Sarvahitkari Senior Secondary School Morinda made beautiful posters on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Day and remembered freedom fighters through poems. School Principal Shri Jitendra Sharma ji explaining about Kargil Vijay Diwas that this day is a very important day for all countrymen of independent India.
This day is celebrated every year on 26 July in India. On this day in 1999, the Kargil war between India and Pakistani forces lasted almost 60 days and ended on 26 July and India conquered. This day is celebrated to honour Indian soldiers martyred in Kargil Vijay Day war.
