On the birth anniversary of the great social worker and first female teacher of the country Mr. Savitribai Phule was celebrated at Shri Ilam Chand Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir High School Chokkra. The Principal gave detailed information to all the Acharya sisters and Acharya brothers about Savitribai ji and her husband Shri Jyotiba Phule ji. He stated that he was a great social reformer who worked hard to improve women’s education and lives. His collaboration is still remembered.
