On 12 December 2022, a meeting of the newly elected Management Committee was held under the chairmanship of Department Secretary Shri Gagandeep Parashar ji at Seth Magan Chand Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir Phulo Mitthi, with the patron Shri Vicky Khurana ji, Chief Mr. Prem Kumar ji, member Shri R Mr. Ajendra Kumar, Head of the Complex Mr. Sunil Malik and incharge Principal Mrs. Sonia Rani were included. After the introduction session, different topics were discussed for efficient operation and development of the school. The main point remained as follows..

1) The newly appointed office bearers were given authority as per the instructions issued by the Sarvhitkari Shiksha Samiti, Punjab to operate the bank account of Vidya Mandir.

2) Members present by Mrs. Sonia Rani were informed about the employees working in the Vidya Mandir and the filed children.

3) Discussion was held for increasing number of students in Vidya Mandir in upcoming session and the issue of managing a new school van was also discussed.

4) Discussed on increasing parent contact and putting flex for new admissions in the surrounding areas.

5) Discussion regarding proposed admission fees/funds, monthly fees, exam fees and van charges for NA session 2023-24. Finally plantation work was done in Vidya Mandir by the members present.
